I. HUMAN RESOURCES:
Manage the HR department's activities by planning, organizing, and controlling them. Assist in the
creation of departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
As needed, prepare, revise, and recommend human resource policies and procedures, ensuring
that they are in line with the overall business plan.
Keep the corporate directory and organizational chart up to date.
Create a personnel strategy based on predicted expansion.
If necessary, create and amend job descriptions.
Maintain and improve employee benefit programs, including as compensation, health insurance,
costs, leave, allowances, incentives, and other compensation packages.
Create, analyze, and update the company's HR budget, as well as ensuring that HR operations are
completed on ti me and on budget.
Manage all staff recruitment efforts, including creating and posting job ads. Screen and interview
candidates, as well as conduct reference checks, in collaboration with supervisors.

A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, law, English, or a
comparable discipline from a university.
As least 3 5 years’ experience in the same or equal position in manufacturing c o mpan ies .
Good command of English, both written and spoken
K nowle dgeable of Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, HR & Admin related laws and regulations
