Overview of Position:
Based in HCMC, the successful candidate will be part of Commercial Team in Vietnam. The primary responsibility of the Senior Sales Manager – HCMC will be to lead the sales efforts and to contribute to the overall strategy and development of Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop the strategic direction of sales activities across the commercial business
• Prepare the business plans for the various opportunities and to assist the Commercial Director to evaluate the opportunities and to procure the relevant internal approvals.
• Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out relevant research and market analysis.
• Develop and manage BD team and driven sales staff in HCMC office
• Contribute to pitching for new business and the existing business. Significantly increase long-term revenues.
• Build, develop, maintain strong network, negotiate and close business opportunities for existing and new business with all 'C' level executives within major clients in HCMC.
• To play a leadership role as a member of the commercial Management Team and to work with the other regional offices to create business opportunities

• 10+ years of experiences with proven sales track record
• Minimum 5+ years sales experience in Southeast Asia or China
• Solid presentation and sales pitching skills to create an engagement with 'C' level executives.
• Able to work in a team structure and possess a high level of communications skills
• High level of motivation and drive, with the ability to initiate and drive through sales process
• Results oriented and willing to work under pressure and sales targets
• Easily adapt between Western and Asian professional and social cultures
• Fluency in English is a MUST, and a second or third language is a plus
