RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets in the defined area/ customers
• Contribute to the implementation of the business strategy
• Provide strong leadership to the sales organization
• Ensure the development of market share at defined customers
• Drive the net sales & margin by relevant geographical area
• Manage the receivables, DSO and overdue in an effective way
• Implement and maintain a high level of conformance on EHS
• Ensure full compliance with company policy and local, regional laws
• Provide 0 – 18 month forecast on a monthly basis in a most accurate way
• Ensures the promotion of new products/ systems in the defined geographical area/customers

Requirements

* Education: University degree in either textiles, chemical engineering, chemistry or business administration
* Experience:
- 7 - 10 years of senior sales manager or marketing manager preferably in the chemical industry (Textile Industry is a strong asset).
- Solid track record in sales and management of a team.
- Sensitive of cultural awareness
* Know-how/skills:
- Solid basis in Financials and Sales.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are required.
- Good leader.
- Strong negotiations skills are required
- Language of the Mandarin is required. Both English and dialect are asset.
