- Education Background: Undergraduate/Bachelor ; - 10-year working experience, at least 5 years of same position, especially in manufacturing industry (textiles manufacturing industry is the priority); - Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; - Capability: (1) Good presentation skill; Good in communication and coordination; Flexible; (2) Power of execution; Logically thinking; (3) Be familiar with garment industry PMC operation process; (4) To be able to hold training program to the team and well prepare the training material; (5) Capable to well manage the team as a leader. * Education: University degree in either textiles, chemical engineering, chemistry or business administration * Experience: - 7 - 10 years of senior sales manager or marketing manager preferably in the chemical industry (Textile Industry is a strong asset). - Solid track record in sales and management of a team. - Sensitive of cultural awareness * Know-how/skills: - Solid basis in Financials and Sales. - Good communication skills and interpersonal skills are required. - Good leader. - Strong negotiations skills are required - Language of the Mandarin is required.
