Requirements
- Education Background: Undergraduate/Bachelor ;
- 10-year working experience, at least 5 years of same position, especially in manufacturing industry (textiles manufacturing industry is the priority);
- Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- Capability:
(1) Good presentation skill; Good in communication and coordination; Flexible;
(2) Power of execution; Logically thinking;
(3) Be familiar with garment industry PMC operation process;
(4) To be able to hold training program to the team and well prepare the training material;
(5) Capable to well manage the team as a leader.
Characteristic: Extroverted personality, initiative, positive; Good personal presentation; team working;
Other requirement:
1) Able to work for OT based on the situation;
2) Able to work carefully, be patient;
3) Strong sense of responsibility;
