- Responsible for providing legal assistance on any kind of labour, disputes or regulations handed down from the government.
- Manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company.
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, labour relations and employment records. Ensure policies and procedures written in line with company, local regulations, and trade unions
- Plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
- Lead performance management, talent assessment and effective labour relationships, including negotiating and administering labour agreements.
- Supervise staff and report to the board of management on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, safety of the workforce, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and labour, legislative and other human resources issues.
- Development and implementation of organizational development programs; employee orientation and training programs; benefits plans, policies and guidelines; database management procedures; equal opportunity employment programs; and employee records and documentation policies
- Development recruitment plans for finding the right candidates to fill vacancies.
- Checking and make sure the pay out of monthly salary, Insurance and other benefit if any.
- Support and prepare all needed paperwork for expat.
- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; HR report for payroll preparation, controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Ordering stationery and equipment (depending on how often staff need it, this could be a regular thing)
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Balancing office budgets and expenses. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
