- Directly support and prepare all needed paperwork for expatriates (working visa, work permit) and other required legal documents for the organization.
- Take care of admin tasks, health and safety, labor records, labor legislative and other HR issues.

- At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resource Manager position or above
- Strong knowledge and understanding of labour laws, frequently updates new regulations related to personnel management.
- Hands-on experience in handling expatriates and legal documents for expatriates to work in Vietnam.
- Detailed orientation, smart and multi-tasking ability.
- Proficient English communication.
