1. HR Leadership (80% workload):
• Lead HR Team to ensure 100% staffing & other measures within HR Scorecard criteria (Turnover / Lost selling day / Qualification)
• Deliver good Training & Development analysis, process and program to enhance people capability within the Organization
• Build & maintain 100% on-time and accuracy in all C&B processes, policy and implementation
• Be the Lead Facilitator for all Employee & Labor Relations
• Innovate Employee Champion program, Welfares, Internal Communication, Company Events,…
2. Admin Leadership (20% workload):
• General Management of Environment – Health – Safety in all Offices & Branches
• Control effective Office supply, Mail delivery & other admin works in the Company
Requirements:
• Solid years of experience in HR, in which at least 3 years managing people in similar size company
• Strong communication in both English and Vietnamese, can work with different styles of people.
• Positive mind set and solution oriented.
• Good critical & analytical thinking skill.
• Willing to travel on business trip.
