RESPONSIBILITIES

I/ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:

Sales:

• Achievement and accountability for sales targets of Hanoi counters and stores
• Be responsible for performance and profit in all sales channels
• Work closely with direct Manager, colleagues, principles, retailers…& staffs to handle business
• Develop Corporate Sales Channels via 3rd party tie ups resulting in incremental sales to target
• Be accountable to deliver the overall revenue and operational expense targets for the store.

Marketing & Branding

• Brand Management of all relevant brands in Hanoi
• Collaborate to set up new brands in Hanoi including space planning, events, consumers...
• Conceptualize, plan and ensure timely implementation of launches, promotions and brand specific animations, consumer events.
• Develop and provide marketing collaterals (e.g. POS, displays,…).
• Devise customer recruitment plans for each brand – eg. Workshops, promotional activities, etc.
• Devise customer retention programs and CRM brand-specific activities to drive brand sales.
• Develop strong and good working relationship with the media , KOLS & Beauty Bloggers
• Conceptualize, plan and implementation of PR launches, press kits , releases & etc
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

Inventory and stock management:

• Be responsible for logistics and custom clearance.
• Stock management to ensure all POS are well stocked and no potential loss of sales, measureable by SOH by POS weekly / monthly report.
• Control brands’ inventory levels in order to maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio, evaluated by SLOB Report and to be indicated measurability for that year.
• Be accountable for stock forecasting for existing and new products, evaluated via Forecast Accuracy Report, measurability will be shared for the year.
• No shrinkages or stock loss at counters or at designated event areas.

Retail operations:
• Set up new counters including counter space searching and renting, counter design and lay-out planning, the counter furniture and facilities arrangement and other related things.
• Oversee and ensure the smooth retail operation of all counters in Hanoi.
• Implement effective CRM management measurable via increased % sales contribution of loyal customers from current.
• Recruit, manage and build a strong Beauty Advisor team to continuously increase Unit Per Transaction (UPT), Amount per Transaction (APT).
• Ensure Beauty Advisors to be compliance with company policy, procedure and legal standards and propose the discipline measures when necessary.
• Ensure Beauty Advisors offer best customer service to the customers.

II/ GENERAL OFFICE OPERATIONS
• Set up new office including office space searching and renting, office lay-out planning, arranging the office equipment, furniture and facilities and other related things.
• Manage daily operations to ensure Hanoi office safety implemented and handling asset management to ensure the administration works run in an effective and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage general office administration including office facilities, equipment, stationery...
• Coordinate with T&E Department to evaluate the manpower abilities in Hanoi office and suggest the human resource strategy in Hanoi office to be suitable to the company development.
• Coordinate with T&E Dept. in recruitment and ensure HR operations in Hanoi office
• Provide general legal supporting activities including business license registration, the administration of company legal documents and liaise with government office when necessary.
• All other related issues arising in Hanoi office.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above.
• 5 years of working experience in relevant positions in retail sales, brand management, preferably in cosmetics and fragrance category.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be fluent in the English – both written and spoken
• Must be able to adhere to deadlines, complete projects independently and manage costs and budgets.
• Experience in setting up a new office/managing an office move would be an asset.
• Be creative, highly motivated, and able to operate effectively in multiple cultural contexts.
• Good management skill and presentation skill
• Independent and a lot of initiative, highly resourceful in sourcing for solutions to issue
• Able to collaborate well with team members from other departments
• Well Groomed
