I am currently a consultant in the Industrial and Manufacturing team where my working history and industry knowledge are fully utilized to benefit both clients and candidates.

Among 15 years of experience in human resource, I spent 10 years in internal recruitment for industrial manufacturing plants of segments such as furniture, garment/textile, footwear, shipbuilding, and FMCG. Therefore, I am an exceptionally learned professional who is able to provide candidates with clear market insights, guiding them towards their ideal careers. On the other hand, my deep understanding also helps ensure clients that their needs are fully understood and will be satisfactorily fulfilled. As the result, I have obtained remarkable achievements at Navigos Search such as the titles of Top Five Billers, Highest Revenue and Biggest Placement. These awards were all thanks to my successes in recruiting various senior positions, including Factory Manager, Sales Manager, and HR Director.
