RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include formulating product development strategies; training, coaching, and
mentoring Test Prep teachers; supporting Test Prep marketing strategies. To be successful, you
must be problem-solving, collaborative, and innovative. You will continually assess and identify
gaps within the Test Prep programs and develop and launch new products/training materials to
improve how we do our work, while helping to educate the market on our educational
philosophy and approach.
General Responsibilities include:
● Oversee development and implementation of Test Prep curriculum
● Provide Test Prep program QA/ QC by training, advising, and assisting faculty and staff
● Further Test Prep marketing strategies by creating content marketing, serving as a face
for Test Prep, and building partnerships
1, Product Development:
● Meets with Senior Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to discuss Test Prep
product ideas and feasibility
● Conducts market research and evaluates similar products

Requirements
Qualifications:
● Proven 5 years of experience as a Test Prep Coach
● Strong teaching and curriculum development background
