RESPONSIBILITIES
• Working closely with the regional group finance team to ensure that the company integrated into group’s processes and reporting in a timely manner.
• Implementing accounting policies.
• Consolidate and review monthly results and reporting on variances against the budget and prior year.
• Impacting the P&L performance versus budget assumptions.
• Responsible for ensuring that local cash management is optimized.
• Cash pooling is in a place where possible.
• Ensure that cash flows are forecast accurately.
• Ensure that the Statutory Reporting of all legal entity in Vietnam is completed on time.
• Regular balance sheet reconciliations / Appropriate internal controls
• Maintain a reconciliation between statutory and management reporting.
• Develop strategies, policies, and plans to ensure that the company is fully tax compliant.
• Ensure the policy, procedures, and practices relating taxation comply fully with all legal and regulatory requirements and codes of practice /conduct in Vietnam.

Requirements
• Bachelor or master’s degree of Financial/Accounting/Business Administrations or relevant degrees
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in finance/accounting at a senior level with evident success.
• Experience in leading a team of finance professionals.
• Experience in regional management is a plus
• Advanced English.
• Demonstrable success in previous roles requiring commercial, business, and strategic understanding.
• Strong understanding of tax and statutory accounting issues in Vietnam.
• Knowledge of IFRS.
