RESPONSIBILITIES
I. JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for ensuring the company's activities in compliance with the regulations of the law, minimizing the legal risks arising during the implementation of the company charter, rules and regulations of the company and the provisions of law for all factories belong to the Corporation located at Vietnam.
II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Consulting legal advice accurately and timely to Board of management & concerned departments in order to ensure that companies of the corporation in Viet Nam in compliance with government laws and regulations.
• Reviewing of contracts and provide legal opinion and countermeasures against potential legal risks imposed by contracting parties.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory related news and developments, guide & provide related education training/ updates to management and staff;
• Reviewing company’s legal procedure, regulation to comply with legal requirement.
• Advising on legal aspect concerning preparing dossiers, supporting to do adm

III. JOB REQUIREMENT
• Degree in law (bachelor or higher).
• Minimum 5years in relevant position.
• Working in multinational corporation and law firms is preferred
• Having lawyer practicing certificate is preferred.
• Good command of English
• Good analysis skill.
• Detail – oriented
• Work under pressure
• Vietnamese only
