This job is responsible for POS personnel and Beauty Advisors' product expertise development, for forging a strong partnership with Consumer Marketing to produce localized digital assets, and for increasing BA Social Selling on pertinent platforms.
Assist in increasing retail sales productivity by equipping all Brand Consultants, Education/Sales teams, and service/sales skills and product knowledge.
To collaborate with the Sales & Education Executives and Counter Managers to find training opportunities, assess the needs and requirements of the field team, provide recommendations, and propose certain education plans and tactics.
Provide market-specific educational resources and work with Regional & Global Education to make sure they are regionally relevant and to create presentations and educational resources that are tailored to the various audiences.
To work together with the sales and marketing teams to increase productivity, make sure the field team has the abilities to meet brand KPIs and service standards.
