- Will be in charge of recruitment from the searching of candidates until onboarding and advising the businesses
- Communicate with businesses to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Define job description and document specifications
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Follow-up references and check credits
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries
- Research and develop recruiting leads
