Job summary:
Manage and conduct all investment banking activities, including ECM, DCM, M&A, real estate project financing, … and control on progress and quality.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plan relating to all activities of corporate finance consulting of IB center
- Looking for potential client, expand client network, establish and maintain relationship with institutional client.
- Building financial models and assessing the effectiveness of investment projects, corporate cash flow; building the information disclosure (Offering Circular) and corporate bond issuance plans
- Lead the team to originate, structure, execute to complete a mandate in order to earn service fee
- Manage the budget targets and objectives provided by the management.
- Building working process, incentive policy for IB Division
- Coordinate with other departments to deploy all services to bring the best quality to clients
- Building and training/ coaching team members.
- Other duties are assigned by the management

- Graduated from University with major in Finance/ Banking/ Auditing
- Practical background in Securities/Finance/Banking.
- Must have Brokerage or Analyst or Fund Management certificate.
- At least 15 years of experience in Investment Banking, or related areas such as auditing or asset management, in which at least 5 years in the similar position, with ability to analysis, assets and understand financial data.
- Having good relationship with departments of government
- Ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines and highly independent.
- Good at English.
