RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and execute the strategic plan to build, expand and maintain the relationship with key stakeholders to create trust and drive business’s agenda
• Manage and handle the consumer complaint system effectively by means of cooperation and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible in management of the donation process with transparency and in accordance with the standard and guideline of the company.
• Support the company’s Foundation to achieve its missions.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
• 5+ years’ experience working in public affairs or corporate affairs role
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skill, ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work independently, as well as working with the team
