Implement the plan of pilot preparation and deployment
Actively support membersin design, detailed planning, piloting and implementation
Update progress on tools/ forms provided by the management or develop a tool/ form, implement & update
Develop content for meetings related to the initiative (Steer Co, TECO) to ask for approval of the proposed plans, ask for comments on the method to proceed, update progress and other needs to do
Coordinate with groups, business units, support units to perform assigned tasks in the scope of initiatives such as interviewing units to identify existing problems and find out the cause to solve problems, unify the steps
Coordinate with the Communication Department on the content and form of communication initiatives and implementation
