• Undergraduate in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration in business or Supply Chain/Operations related field. • Professional qualification in business field. Professional Supply Chain Management qualification like CSCM/CIPS/APICS is preferable. • At least ten (10) years of experience, five (5) of which must be at senior management positions. 5 – 10 years progressive experience in a combination of planning, logistics, production scheduling and/or inventory control in ERP/SAP environment. Direct management experience in a technical or analytical environment. • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and spoken, including those required for presentations, selling ideas and recommendations, gaining co-operation, influencing and negotiating within the function and cross-functionally among the peers and management • Mastering English as a second language advantageous • Chinese language is a plus • Microsoft applications, excellent Excel • ERP experience • Well – developed analytical skills • Team work spirit • Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one task/project at a time prioritizing accordingly • Implement, drive and measure task-oriented performance • Self-starter, pro-actively driving agreed implementation strategies and frame-works following them through persistently to completion
