I am working in recruitment consultancy industry for the past year as a sourcing specialist. Prior to this current position, I gained my experience at a national TV channel as a reporter. For almost a year, I have improved myself crafting ideas, connecting with people and leveraging their stories to create an entertaining and compelling program. This invaluable experience supports me in this new role as a dynamic and versatile recruitment consultant.

At Navigos Search, I assist a big team of professionals in representing high-profile clients in search for the best talents working in Oil & Gas, Energy & Heavy Industry, and Telecommunications and Banking sectors. Now I'm working as Associate recruitment consultant, my tasks are are to find the mutual suitability of Candidates (individuals) and Clients (organizations) during the shortest possible timeline, hence ensuring the Candidate’s career goals and the Client’s resourcing needs are rightly met. Additionally I work diligently to prepare job postings, conduct relevant market researches, scan, qualify and interview potential candidates for a variety of functions within the organization. My clients include banks, telecom companies and sourcing manufacturers.

Graduated from Hanoi University with a bachelor degree in language and literature and well –trained in journalism, I am willing to learn and to try new things. This along with my activeness and creativeness allow me to adapt quickly as a recruitment consultant and contribute to the success of the whole team.
