Prior to this leadership position, I was the Top biller as a consultant, working closely with clients in a wide range of practices and industries including Industrial and Manufacturing sectors such as oil & gas, energy, heavy industries, industrial sales, electronics, automotive, textile/garment/footwear, packaging. I successfully placed hundreds of high-profile, executive positions for automotive factories, and manufacturing plants and electronics projects such as plant manager cum general director, sale directors, country managers… I am also an advisor for CEOs, HR directors from many multinational corporations, assisting them in building inspiring and well-founded leadership fleets.

Currently holding the Associate Director at Navigos Search Hanoi, I strongly focus on building an engaged team that delivers high performance and a nurturing environment to contribute to the success of the company. I am supporting and coaching team members to learn and develop a long-term- career as a recruitment consultant.

At Navigos Search office, I have successfully built for the company numerous team leaders/ managers and experienced recruitment consultants. Furthermore, I believe in giving back to the community through social activities such as sharing knowledge and experience through workshops and seminars to students and new jobbers. I have been awarded numerous prizes and recognitions at Navigos Search including Spirit Award, and Top Achiever.

Before joining Navigos Search, I had an established career in HR with more than 8 years of experience supervising HR operation and building trust from other functional departments.
