I am an expert in professional recruitment consultancy who is responsible to recruiting the best talents in Vietnam market for Japanese companies. Prior to Navigos Search, I have more than 5 years of experience working in HR field. Doing external HR for a Japanese HR company, I gained extensive knowledge about a variety of industries and have adept understanding of the recruitment process in Japanese companies. These insights and experiences allow me to consult effectively to candidates who want to join a Japanese organization.
At Navigos Search, as a recruitment consultant, I cover senior to mid-manager levels search for Japanese clients operating in manufacturing industry in Vietnam. With a big team of well-trained professionals, I play a key role in addressing the talent needs and identifying the right talents for desired positions in sales & marketing, manufacturing engineer and back office placements. My understanding of the market and Japanese culture supports me immensely in helping candidates and clients in Japanese companies to become successful.
