RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for selling products in the North of Vietnam.
- Keep good relationship with current clients.
- Find potential clients, visit and developing new business opportunities.
- Join market research process and consult for management team (market situation, competitors, trends).
- Manage sales team to achieve target.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve the best result.
- Give advice and suggestionsf for management team about strategy
- Other task will be assigned by Line Manager.

Requirements
- Experience in Leader or Manager position.
- Working experience in Packaging field is preferred.
- Working experience with global companies is preferred.
- Good network with FMCG, Plastic, Food,... industry
- Good command of English
