The Job

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Product
Develop business strategic plan, research and development new products.
Lead the operational activities nationwide of Input Wholesales Operations (foreign partner – manufacture – distribution), Parts Services, and Output Wholesales Operations.
Manage the development and upgrade of new products, collections, and accessories.

*Sales & Distribution
Sales strategic planning vehicles.
Develop and execute business strategies (Sales, Product, Marketing, Parts Services, Logistics and Dealer Network System) to achieve the revenue/sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Focal point in dealing with foreign partner to manage the distribution forecasting/ordering of CKD, CBU, to ensure the market share as planned.
Create, Issue, and Control all policies for Output Wholesales Operations.
Manage Pricing, Costing, and Business Efficiency of Wholesales Operations.
Manage Sales training programs.

*Marketing
Manage all marketing strategies and marketing plan.
Manage Customer Relationship Management and Customer Database.
Manage Marketing training programs.

*Parts Service
Develop business strategic plan, managing all activities Parts Service.
Ensure the achievement business target of Aftersales Services.
Manage Parts Service training programs.

*Dealers Network Development
Support dealers in all activities associated with operation and professionalization.
Management of Dealer Development Plan (DDP) implementation.
Management all Projects at Dealers.
Network strategy & formats: Develop long-term network plans for sales & after sales,
Plan for network's brand appearance & design, structure & formats, size, equipment, etc.

Business Management of Product, Sales & Distribution, Marketing, Parts Service, Dealer Network Development.

- Minimum 05 years in managerial positions of Vehicle premium brands.
- Capable of developing and implementing sales strategies and plans. Fast reaction in managing sales operations, capable of evaluate/forecast the market, analyze the sales data and products.
- Experience in the managing Sales, Marketing, Parts Service, and Human Resource activities.
- Achieve the targets of sales and market shares as requested from the Board of Management.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation and presentation. Fluently in English communication.
