Country Manager, SEA (Plastic Resin Trading)
The incumbent will be working under Intraco Trading Pte Ltd. Established in 1993 in Singapore, Intraco Trading deals in the trading and distribution of plastic resin products.The company trades internationally but primarily works with a wide range of customers across Asean Region.
The incumbent will be responsible for South East Asia markets. He or she will be reporting to the Senior Vice President of Intraco Trading Pte Ltd.
The incumbent should have extensive knowledge in plastic resins and be familiar with the supply network and customers base.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Be responsible for delivering the budget for Intraco Trading Pte Ltd (ITPL). Must have experience in the trading of Plastic resins.
2. To promote, improve and conduct marketing of products and services to local customers in plastics and other relevant targeted sectors
3. Acquire and service customers for ITPL
4. To conduct market research in SEA e.g Indonesia/Vietnam related to the government’s policy, consumer behavior, marketing products and services of its principals
5. To provide advisory to prospects and customers in SE Asia and identify opportunities to grow ITPL business
6. To assist and communicate contract discussion and issues for and on behalf of ITPL or any related companies with local companies
7. To explore M&A Opportunities for head office
8. To identify talent to grow the business for head office
9. Other activities as permitted under the Indonesian/Vietnamese laws and regulations
10. To mentor and coach the local teams to achieve their objectives and enhance their professional skills

• Relevant Degree or Masters
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and with management level expertise
• Familiar with SEA particularly in Vietnam / Indonesia and has an established network of customers and suppliers
• Results orientated, strong in identifying new business opportunities, developing the strategy and executing business plans.
• Experience in managing teams and coaching current staff members to the next level. Strong leadership & process skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
