• Develop category plan & strategy. Define the role of each SKU for each channel, region
• Develop channel strategy, market development plan and provide solution in winning in each channel, region
• Adapt category plan to RVP model which enables the sales forces to apply in a practical and effective way
• Analyze customer behavior, market characteristic in order to identify business opportunities for UNIBEN
• Identify key findings, insights via analysis of data, internal reports and third party’s information in order to input to plan, solutions
• Align with cross functions in developing execution plan for NPD, promotion, market development
• Design monthly, quarterly trade marketing activities to achieve sales target, secure sales share
• Develop initiatives of merchandising, POSM, BTL promotion for building image, gaining share
• Monitor category sales performance on a regularly basis in terms of both sell in & sell out with the outcomes are weekly report, monthly report and solution to fix the issue if any
• Monitor on-going trade marketing programs to ensure smooth operation. Tracking competitors’ activities with outcomes are reports and solutions
• Work closely with sales team across regions to ensure proper execution of trade marketing plans and gaining regional insights for further adaption to plans
• Travel to regions for market visit on a regular basis to identify issues, opportunities
• Prepare sales Forecast on a monthly basis
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, an emphasis on Business, Marketing
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience of fields relating trade marketing management, category management, and sales exposure
• Strong analytical skills both interpreting data, and facts, evidences of market place
• Planning skills, activity deployment skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others
