- As a lead function to overview the development and improvement within the sales department. Develop a solid and concise strategy/development required to improve overall sales and distribution process (within various functions in the sales department)
- Lead new-launch and re-launch initiatives, develop the launch plan with Marketing Department and coordinate the launch with Key Account Managers and Sales Managers respectively
- Monitor and evaluate entire trade activities, new-launch/re-launch; evaluates both planning and executing.
- Establish a robust business insights by performing various analysis required (deep dive sales analysis by channel/customer/region) and present and align the insights, development plan and opportunity (mid and long-term)
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Manage special project assigned – assignment will be advised on the periodic basis

- University degree or above
- Ideally a seasoned candidate with 10-15+ years of experience within the FMCG business (both MNC/Local); preferably had exposures in various sales functions (key account management/field management/trade marketing/business development)
- Strong planning/analysis,
- Project management
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Mature and agile personality
- Good influencer and firm leadership style
