- Dealing and developing the strategic Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share, net sales and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution
- Drive excellent execution at account and store level by strong collaboration with Regional teams
- Listing new product at their account by connecting with MT business planning as timeline
- Deliver Key Account sales volume. Work closely with KA teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume. Work with customers to agree on monthly shipment plans. Manage AR
- Effective engagement with Trade and Marketing Teams
- Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and the most profitable for the company
- Liaise closely with customers for proper sales forecasting and manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts.
- Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution
- Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Staff Management: Coaching/Training staffs, maintaining company’s regulations/rules.
- Undertake other tasks requested by Sales Director

- University Degree or above
- Above 5 years experience in managerial position in FMCG/Retail business. 3 years as National Key Account Manager
- Consumer packaged goods experience
- Selling skill, Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Computer literacy (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point)
- Able to work under high pressure
