As a member of Navigos Search Ho Chi Minh, who have been contributing to the business development and sustainability of the team during the past time, I was working closely with clients in a wide range of practices and industries including life sciences and trading sectors such as pharma, agriculture and animal health, automotive, home appliance and consumer electronics and so on.

My passion for recruitment and so why?

I am passionate about the recruitment, executive search and matching people with the right jobs, with a very simple answer; as we spend at least one third of our adult life at work, it is essential to look for a motivating career and a workplace where we very gladly go to in the mornings,

To my view, the commute to work is not half as bad if we are going to spend our day on something we actually enjoy. Thus, what we recruiters do, is that we evaluate candidates’ potential against the positions at hand.
