I was quickly promoted thanks to my previous experience in talent sourcing, which made me an excellent recruitment researcher and candidate coordinator. • Versed in production planning and material control processes in manufacturing;
• Drive process improvements in production planning and material control which lead to improve On‐Time Delivery (OTD) and material kitting rates;
• Drive kanban material process improvements in manufacturing scheduling and planning processes as they related to manufacturing;
• Drive capacity planning by tag time process in production capacity planning processes as they related to manufacturing;
• Manage the order in‐take control per capacity planning, firmed order against demand forecast and its variance analysis, production order schedule and its delivery performance, trigger VMI material delivery as they relate to production planning;
• Manage the demand forecasting against capacity planning, material kitting planning, manufacturing order planning, RMA and ECO processes as they relate to manufacturing; and • Where necessary roll their sleeves up to get stuck into detail and lead by example.

• Position requires an in depth understanding of customer/program needs, manufacturing, and assembly / test operations. In addition, this position requires significant knowledge and experience working with, managing, and planning within ERP/MRP systems (SAP/S4HANA preferred), and utilizing these systems’ capabilities for scheduling and capacity planning.
• The successful leader will be a hands-on leader working with his/her team on a daily basis. It is essential for any candidate to be a leader of corporate initiatives promoting safety, diversity, ethical behaviour, increased employee engagement and career development.
• This position requires a high level of proficiency and advanced knowledge and/or management experience in varied business disciplines. Experience working in a cross functional environment with minimal direct supervision is essential.
