RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with the finance team of taking all necessary actions in achieving financial closure
Work together with the finance team to plan and execute every step required to reach financial closure.
In charge of managing all project finance responsibilities (such as submitting papers to lenders and keeping track of money moving between all pertinent bank accounts) during the project's building period.
Handling all project finance documents during the project's operation phase, including providing all required documentation to all lenders, keeping an eye on cash flow, and dealing with the converting bank to ensure the conversion is completed in accordance with financing agreements and project agreements.
Responsible for preparing and submitting all required reports

Requirements
5+ years of experience in project finance loan administration relating to energy, oil & gas, or mining sector.
College Degree in business administration, commerce, finance, and accounting, with strong finance/accounting knowledge.
Capable and have experience in building or running financial models.
Strong Computer literacy, Microsoft suites and accounting software’s
Good English capacity
Experience working with government agencies and stakeholders.
Highly organized and ability to multitask.
