As a banker turned recruitment consultant with more than 5 years of experience working for a wide range of different companies in a variety of positions, my diverse background allows me to gain adept knowledge of the market and extensive network of professionals.
At Navigos Search, as a recruitment consultant, I work closely with team to provide professional recruitment services to clients in IT and Telecommunications industry. RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will collaborate with various teams/clients to provide the best product requirements and designs.
- You will work collaboratively with the team and directly with clients to create and deliver high-quality work products.
- When you are not coding, you will be reviewing the code of other members or researching new products and technologies.
- You will gain hands-on experience in training, motivating your teammates to exceed their potential, and possibly persuading people who disagree with you.
- Finally, you will be trained and work with cutting-edge technologies/architectures such as Micro-services, Azure, AWS cloud services, Angular, and Flutter.

Requirements
- Excellent understanding of software/web application development using C#, ASP.NET, and.NET Core.
- Front-end development experience (HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular) is required.
- Working knowledge of SQL/SQL Server and MongoDB
- Have a solid understanding of and experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies.
- Desire to work with new technologies and solve complex problems.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English with clients.
- A team player as well as an independent underground leader who is not afraid to speak up.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevExtreme and Kendo UI is advantageous.
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, or distributed systems.
- Best practices such as SOLID, DRY, and others.You will collaborate with various teams/clients to provide the best product requirements and designs.
