• Plan and carry out strategic business plans in the designated region to meet sales and profit targets.
• Create annual sales quotas for territory based on forecasts, and set sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and profit for both old and new items.
• Monthly reports that assess a number of metrics throughout the whole sales force and product periodic projections.
• To reach the sales target, set sales targets and coach and monitor sales representatives' performance.
• Develop field sales action plans to carry out national sales strategies.
• Recognize new markets and market trends while keeping up with new releases and the state of the competition.
• Identify, specify, and create plans to seize economic possibilities in the designated region.
• Create, suggest, and establish long-term and short-term sales programs.
• Foster positive working relations with reseller staff at all levels including the executive level and front-line employee level

• Relevant Qualification and background in Engineering, or Chemical
• 7+ years’ experience in technical sales and/or Industrial sales, including at least 2 years’ experience in sales management
• Experience in Metalworking Fluids/Chemical industrial is a plus
• Proven records of achieving and exceeding sales target
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Computer literate
• Comfortable with frequent domestic travel
• Strong project management, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
