Be responsible for leading a valuation project.
To provide guidance and review the work performed by the team members.
Be responsible for drafting reports independently and ensuring that all reports have been prepared in accordance with company standards.
Be responsible for ensuring all risk management procedures have been complied with.
Be responsible for conducting the entire scope of a valuation project, which would include assessing the reasonableness of projections and the valuation assumptions used.
Assist in business development activities i.e. proposal, client presentation and other marketing documents.

University degree in any discipline and/or professional accounting qualification.
At least five years' relevant experience, preferably in business valuations, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, and audit (with Big4 firms).
Candidates with experience in valuations and M&A transactions would be preferred. Candidates with experience in auditing (with the last position being at least Assistant Manager level) can also be considered.
Must possess good report writing and presentation skills.
Strong grasp of technical and business issues, industry practices and trends.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills in English.
Good analytical skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
