1. Organizing and managing the operation of the accounting department
● Building, organizing and standardizing the accounting system, including: building processes, regulations, and regulations related to finance and accounting. Ensure the notification & application of regulatory policiesof relevant departments.
● Organize, manage and operate the accounting department's activities efficiently; delegate & develop team
● Apply new technologies and techniques in operations to improve the working efficiency of the department. Implement centralized management & data connection with relevant departments to suppoet the Company's digitalization strategy
● Guiding, inspecting, organizing bookkeeping, presiding over tax finalization; making reports, financial statements, tax reports.
● Check and supervise to ensure timely, accurate and consistent preparation of consolidated financial statements
● Organize, guide and inspect the implementation of accounting work at subordinate units of the Company.

● University or higher majoring in Accounting, Finance, Auditing,.
● At least 3 years of experience at a similar position
Experience at company with charter capital > 500 billion; Annual revenue ~1,000 billion is a plus.
● Experience working in Auditing Firms and Companies in the industry IT - Technology - Telecommunications, The company was listed on the stock exchange.
● Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards. Having a practicing certificate of independent/national auditingEconomic: ACCA, CPA is an advantage
● Knowledge of tax law, accounting law. Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements. Experience working with tax authorities; Audit firm.
● Management skills, leadership, reliability & high sense of responsibility at work.
● Good analytical skills.
● Open-minded, modern. Withstand high work pressure.
● Proficiency in English is an advantage.
