RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Sales (Building Materials for Interiors) to identify and close project specific opportunities with target accounts and achieve North Area’s target
• Establish North teams to ensure a total team selling approach
• Drive programs and performance on the transactional side of the business more readily due to managing fewer direct reports (creating more time selling)
• Partner with Spec Manager for cohesive tracking of projects, opportunities and revenue goals
• Create greater partnership with distributors to understand inventory levels, turns, deployment of resources and execution of initiatives
• Work with Country Manager to align pricing, initiatives and cohesion of strategies
