This position is expected to lead company's efforts in the marketing strategy, planning and integration of diversity marketing tactics to reach all demographic markets in Automotive industry.
Main duties:
- Manage marketing plans and department budgets. Assist in development of annual, near term, and long term business and marketing plans to achieve objectives.
- Manage and report on all marketing and PR channels effectiveness and how brand and products communication and experience score and in keep on trend with industry.
- Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of market research, competitor analysis and market trend in Automotive section.
- Product launch marketing positioning and research: Work with various teams on launch plans, timelines and manage marketing task lists. Develop strategy and campaign efforts for vehicle launch process and present positioning direction planning for each product.
- Work with outside media providers/ agencies and internal marketing team on implementing new campaigns.
- Support Sales staff and Dealer Mktg Groups to direct strategy and tactics to grow business.
- Communicate our market position and value proposition at executive briefings, industry events, customer meetings, as well as via social media, contributed articles and other press.

- Perform other duties as assigned from General Manager

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 5 year’s management experience required.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate marketing
- Travel will be required domestically and/or internationally.
- Prior experience in Automotive/ Automobile or Consumer Goods industry is highly preferable.
Skills
- English level: Business proficiency
- PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines, presenting to executive leadership and at different levels of management
