1. Assist the Head of Legal (Projects and International Affairs) in matters such as Financing, EPC contract, Arbitration, Offtake, COSA and International Procurement with a material impact on the client among others.
2. Responsibilities of the Senior Legal Counsel will be to assist the Heal of Legal in the following tasks:
- handling the EPC Contract and all disputes arising in relation to construction matters (including insurance issues);
- handling the Crude Oil Supply Agreement and its related Receivable Purchase Agreement;
- handling the different offtake agreements;
- solve legal issues related to the financing of the project (including everything within the umbrella of the project financing and matters addressed by or affecting the Finance Documents);
- international procurement with a material impact;
- corporate governance matters;
- coordinating the different external legal advisors engaged to support financing, disputes and construction and
- perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Legal – Projects and International Affairs.

1. University graduated or above
2. Min 7 years of legal experiences in private practice or as in-house counsel
3. Having experiences with other foreign law systems, preferable English laws
4. Strong experience in FIDIC contracts, claim management and preferably arbitration
5. University graduated with major in Law
6. Strong experience in either project finance or EPC contract
7. Strong ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/or situation and be able to provide sound solutions, with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the Organization
